We offer ‘Respect in the Workplace’ microlearning; which includes: Introduction to HR, Anti-Bullying & Harassment, Sexual Harassment in the workplace, Diversity & Inclusion, Mental Health & Wellbeing and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption. We can also offer bespoke training modules tailored to your needs, eg. Onboarding training, safeguarding, health & safety, personal & team resilience etc.

We charge a one-off set up and administration fee which covers and includes the following services: Designing and tailoring the modules to include your company guidelines/handbook and policies. Sharing progress reports with you twice per week for you to help you monitor completion and engagement. Sharing a final report and completion certificates for your crew/team. Dedicated email support with a 24hr response time. Use of our communication tools and template emails to support you in achieving high completion rates and true engagement. We then charge a fee per person (uploaded user) to each training window (14 days).

We will need at least one week’s notice to set up your modules and include all your company information. To do this we will request some company information from you. The training will then go live on an agreed date and will stay live for 14 days for learners to access the modules. The day following the final day of access, we will send a final completion report showing everyone that did and did not complete the training. We will share certificates and request feedback on the microlearning experience from your learners.

To set up the microlearning group ready for your crew/team, we’ll need copies of your company guidelines and/or policies; so, we can incorporate this information into the modules. We will also need escalation contacts for raising issues highlighted in the training. Once we have this, we’ll ask you to share a learner list with us so we can upload everyone onto our learning platform. We’ll provide you with an excel template for you to complete with learner names and email addresses.

Yes, our platform does issue certificates, and learners can download them directly if they want. But don’t worry, we’ll also share all the completion certificates with you once the training window closes.
