The Role

We’re seeking a team of dynamic and knowledgeable Freelance Training Facilitators to deliver in-person training sessions for our clients within the creative industries. We are looking for facilitators who are based in the following countries:

  • Germany

  • The Netherlands

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Turkey

  • Poland

  • Romania

  • Denmark

  • Sweden

  • Spain

  • Italy

and fluent in the languages listed above as sessions will be delivered in these languages to participants across the sector.

With a focus on HR best practices and addressing industry-specific challenges, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients enhance their understanding of critical topics such as Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), feedback, performance management, and team development.

This opportunity is perfect for experienced Learning & Development professionals with a deep understanding of the creative and entertainment industries, particularly in TV, Film, and Theatre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Training: Facilitate engaging and effective online training sessions tailored to the creative industry.

  • Customise Content:  Adapt training materials to reflect client goals, industry dynamics, and production environments.

  • Engage Participants: Foster an open and inclusive virtual learning environment, building rapport with diverse participants.

  • Follow-Up Support:  Provide guidance post-training to support implementation of learnings.

  • Evaluate & Improve:  Gather feedback from participants and refine training content for maximum impact.

Your Background

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven Facilitation Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering training, ideally within creative sectors such as TV, Film, and Theatre.

  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of key HR areas, including EDI, performance management, and people development.

  • Virtual Delivery Skills:  Confidence in using virtual training platforms to deliver interactive and impactful sessions.

  • Relationship Building:  Ability to quickly build rapport with diverse teams and participants across all levels.

  • Tailored Approach:  Flexibility to adapt content to meet client needs dynamically.

  • Industry Insights:  Direct experience working in the entertainment or creative industries is highly desirable.
