The Role

We’re seeking a team of dynamic and knowledgeable Freelance HR Associates to support our clients across EMEA within the creative industries. We are looking for facilitators who are based in the following countries:

  • Germany

  • The Netherlands

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Turkey

  • Poland

  • Romania

  • Denmark

  • Sweden

  • Spain

  • Italy

and fluent in the languages listed above as our clients are based in country and have workers across numerous sectors within the creative industries. With a focus on local HR best practice and addressing specific challenges within the entertainment field, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients independently navigate matters such as employee relations, performance management, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), feedback,, and team development.

This opportunity is perfect for experienced freelance HR professionals with a deep understanding of the creative and entertainment industries, particularly in TV, Film, and Theatre.

HR Delivery & Client Support

  • Deliver high-quality HR support to clients across the creative and production sectors, including TV, film, theatre, music and digital media

  • Provide clear, pragmatic advice on employee relations, performance management, conduct and workplace issues

  • Support and contribute to complex casework and investigations, escalating appropriately

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client teams and stakeholders

  • Foster open, inclusive and professional working environments

  • Act as a credible HR presence across diverse and fast-paced settings

Quality, Follow-Up & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide post-project and post-training support to help clients embed learning and best practice

  • Gather feedback from clients and participants to inform continuous improvement

  • Contribute to the refinement of tools, templates and delivery frameworks

Systems, Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain accurate and compliant records using internal systems and platforms

  • Use digital tools confidently to support HR delivery, reporting and collaboration

  • Ensure work aligns with internal standards, tone and risk appetite
