If you’ve ever found yourself in the middle of prep and thought “Do we need HR on this?”, the answer is probably yes.

Producers wear many hats. Between keeping the budget in check, schedules on track, and creative teams happy, HR might not always make it to the top of the list. But when it comes to building productive, safe, and collaborative production environments; HR support can be your secret weapon.

We get it. The entertainment industry isn’t always set up for standardised HR processes. Freelancers are brought on at different times, there are multiple layers of stakeholders, and things change fast. That’s why we’ve developed an approach that’s simple, flexible and designed for production life.

So how do we work with you? It starts with a conversation.

Step 1: Get in touch (as early as possible)
Whether you’re in prep or just got the green light, the earlier we talk, the more we can do. Early conversations let us understand your goals, challenges, timelines and team dynamics – and they let us flag any potential risks before they become problems. We’ll ask the right questions to understand the scale of the job, any known risk areas, and what kind of support would make your life easier.

Step 2: We build a tailored support plan

Next, we build a plan that fits the shape of your production because no two projects are alike. We’ll work with you to create an HR and people support plan that fits your budget, your crew size, and the kind of project you’re making. For some, that’s one-off support: delivering crew briefings, supporting a difficult conversation, or helping you set up onboarding. For others, it’s full wraparound support from prep to wrap - with a named HR consultant joining production meetings, being available to cast and crew, and acting as a sounding board for producers and HoDs.

We also offer training. Whether it’s a short microlearning modules or in-person sessions, we deliver tailored sessions for managers, HoDs and crew on everything from preventing harassment and improving team communication to giving feedback and managing burnout.

Step 3: We work as part of your team
One of the biggest strengths of our model is our adaptability. If your project grows or shifts direction, our support scales with it. We can offer remote advice, in-person presence, or a hybrid approach. And because our consultants all come from creative and production backgrounds, we speak your language – no dry corporate speak, no one-size-fits-all advice.

We also know how vital discretion and trust are on set. Whether we’re navigating sensitive cast concerns or mediating crew disputes, we’re there to support without disrupting the flow of work. And because we’re not tied to a single way of doing things, we adapt our methods to suit the tone, team and timeline of your production.

At the end of each project, we provide close-out/wrap reports – capturing insights, anonymised data on team engagement, and recommendations for future improvements. This isn’t just nice to have – it’s strategic intel for production companies who want to retain talent and build strong reputations.

And if you’re working across borders? We’ve got that covered too. Our team includes European-based, multilingual L&D facilitators who actively deliver training across the continent. Our microlearning platform has been translated – by humans, not machines – into multiple languages so it actually lands well with your crew, no matter where they’re from.

We know from experience that the earlier we’re brought into a production, the more value we can offer. Early involvement means smoother onboarding, clearer expectations, and far fewer emergencies. We’re used to stepping in late – but we shine when we start early.

Whether you're making a music doc, live broadcast, limited series or feature film – we’ve been there. And we’re ready to jump in when you need us.

If you’re curious about how we can support your production, get in touch. No hard sell, no long forms - just a conversation about making your project smoother, safer and stronger. We’re here to help.
